شروط الاستخدام – UniWay

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق UniWay والخدمات المرتبطة به (“الخدمة”). باستخدامك للخدمة فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.

1) الخدمة

توفر UniWay مزايا لإنشاء الحساب وإدارة الملف الشخصي والوصول إلى مزايا مجانية ومدفوعة بما فيها مزايا تعتمد على الاشتراك.

2) الأهلية

يلزم أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل (أو السن القانوني الأدنى في بلدك) لاستخدام الخدمة.

3) الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات الدخول وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.

4) الاشتراكات (تجديد تلقائي)

يتم تحصيل الدفع من حساب Apple ID عند تأكيد الشراء.
يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
سيتم تحصيل رسوم التجديد خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.
يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حساب Apple ID.
إذا توفرت فترة تجربة مجانية، يتم إلغاء الجزء غير المستخدم منها عند شراء الاشتراك.

تظهر الأسعار والمدة داخل التطبيق وقت الشراء وقد تختلف حسب البلد/المنطقة.

5) الاستخدام المقبول

عدم استخدام الخدمة لأغراض غير قانونية أو مسيئة أو ضارة.
عدم محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو الوصول غير المصرح به.
عدم إساءة استخدام الاشتراكات أو عمليات الدفع أو بيانات الحساب.

6) الملكية الفكرية

الخدمة ومحتواها مملوكان لـ UniWay أو للجهات المرخِّصة ومحمية بموجب القوانين ذات الصلة.

7) إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة “كما هي” و “حسب التوفر” دون أي ضمانات، ضمن الحد المسموح به قانونًا.

8) تحديد المسؤولية

ضمن الحد المسموح به قانونًا، لا تتحمل UniWay مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية.

9) الإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للخدمة إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو لأسباب أمنية/قانونية.

These Terms govern your use of the UniWay mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

UniWay provides account/profile features and access to free and paid functionality, including subscription-based features.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4) Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices and durations are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

5) Acceptable Use

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use.
No attempts to access or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
No misuse of subscriptions, payments, or account data.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by UniWay or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7) Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniWay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security/legal reasons.
